Where you can work, obviously do so as best you can, otherwise, rather than turn into a zombie in front of the telly, try do each of these every day for at least 20 minutes:
- Keep a list of stuff you’d like to find out more about. Explore something off the list.
- Clean something
- Read something educational
- Tidy something
- Watch a TEDS TALK
- Exercise and stretch
- Cook something new. I’ve just found a website called supercook.com (no doubt others are available)- tell it what ingredients you have and it will list recipes you can make with those ingredients
